'Titanfall', 'Batman: Arkham Origins' & More Discounted Today On Amazon

In what is a bit of surprising news, Respawn Entertainment‘s hugely-popular FPS game Titanfall is being offered for a big discount today on Amazon as part of their Deal of the Day program. You can get the smash-hit that just released last month for just $37.

This deal is available for all versions of Titanfall, which is available on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. However, Amazon notes that the Xbox 360 version of the game may require an additional day or two to process.

Elsewhere on Amazon, today’s Lightning Deals aren’t too shabby either. The following is a list of games and the time they will be available for a discount.

  • 9AM EDT – Skylanders SWAP Force Spy Rise and Rubble Rouser
  • 1PM EDT – Turtle Beach Ear Force PX51 Premium Wireless Dolby Digital PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 Gaming Headset

Considering it’s been selling like mad and it has only been out for one month has me shocked that any retailer would discount Titanfall so much, even if it is only for a day. If you already have Titanfall, some other quality games like Batman: Arkham Origins and Beyond: Two Souls are definitely ones to watch out for. Good day for gaming deals!

Batman: Arkham Origins' Cold Cold Heart XE Suit Is Monstrous

Even though everyone is way more pumped for Batman: Arkham Knight that hits later this year (and rightfully so), the prequel game Batman: Arkham Origins will be bringing more Batman later this month. In this new DLC, Batman takes on Mr. Freeze and it looks like he has a new suit to commemorate the occasion.

This picture shows off Batman’s new gear called the XE Suit. It looks like this thing is an anti-ice machine that will probably work well in melting Mr. Freeze’s smug face.

I really like this new suit. It makes Batman look more like Bane, and it will be interesting to see what those heated gloves are capable of against all of the frozen madness that will more than likely be contained in this DLC.
