Lords of the Fallen will be coming out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on October 31st, publisher Squre Enix revealed today.

The game is being developed by CI Games (the ones responsible for the lame Enemy Front), and it shares an awful lot of similarities to Dark Souls. Both games have a dark and creepy setting, and the main focus of the game is ruthless combat scenarios. Hmm…

I’d like to think that Lords of the Fallen will be another awesome game in the vein of the Souls series, but considering CI Games’ track record i’m not very optimistic. Maybe the fact that Square Enix is publishing will make them step up their game a bit more for this one, though.
