Bungie announced a Destiny Alpha that would be coming exclusively to the PlayStation 4 at last week’s E3, and now they have revealed that they are extending the beta a bit longer than originally planned.

Bungie posted the following on their twitter account:

“There’s a rumor that the #Destiny Alpha might be extended to allow dangerous experiments. Play beyond the official close at your own risk!”

My Judgment:

They’re probably just tweeting that as a precaution, because I’ve just played a few rounds of The Crucible and everything has been performing perfectly. That could change as the day goes on, but I think Bungie’s just playing it safe by sending out a warning.
