Monolith Soft teased a game simply called X at last year’s Nintendo Direct, and now at this year’s Nintendo Direct it has been revealed that the game is actually Xenoblade Chronicles X. It is a sequel to the critically-acclaimed Wii RPG Xenoblade Chronicles.

Not much to report on the story, but the game looks great and features much of the charm and intensity that was present in the first Chronicles game. Unfortunately, the actual mechanics and battle system were not revealed.
