Super Mario Bros. 3 Is Now Available On Wii U And 3DS

Although I can’t believe that this is just being released now, the beloved Super Mario Bros. 3 is finally available to download from the Nintendo eShop to play on the Wii U or 3DS virtual console.

Super Mario Bros. 3 originally came out for the NES in 1990, and has since been hailed as one of the crown jewels of the series. Check out the trailer for this latest re-release below.

What took them so long? Well, as long as gamers can now play this game on the Wii U and 3Ds, I guess all is right with the world. Unless you consider the fact that the Wii U is selling like crap and the 3DS has so many other games clamoring for your attention. Well, you still have the option to play it, and as everyone knows, it’s the thought that counts. Thanks, Nintendo!
