Space Shooter 'Exodus Of Sol' Heading To PlayStation 4 And PC

Bit Planet Games has announced that they are releasing a new game called Exodus of Sol for PlayStation 4 and PC, though it isn’t entirely a new game at all.

Sol: Exodus was released in 2012, and what Exodus of Sol is aiming to do is vastly improve upon that game. Lead programmer Kinzie Schwab said the following about the game:

“We’ve improved upon or added so many new features into the game that appending Enhanced Edition (or something similar) to the original name would be short-selling our new game.”

Though an official release date is yet to be confirmed, it was revealed that there are unannounced platforms that it will be coming to besides PlayStation 4 and PC.

Condemn (OR) Condone:

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. It sounds to me like Sol of Exodus will contain the foundations of Sol: Exodus, but just about everything else will be changed or improved upon dramatically. Hopefully the developers are able to deliver something more along the lines of what they originally were hoping for this time.
