Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow 2 Launch Trailer

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 hits shelves tomorrow, and now developer MercurySteam has released the official launch trailer for the game.

This game closes out the story of Gabriel Belmont, who was the protagonist from the first game. It will differ from the first due to its modern setting and surprising character turn (which won’t be revealed here due to spoilers).

The trailer shows off a lot of the different characters and enemies, which all look very much in the style of the first one bar a few new story-related things. Check out the launch trailer below, though be prepared for a couple of spoilery things.

Condemn OR Condone: I thought Castlevania: Lords of Shadow was a great game that really took the series in a new direction while retaining its medieval and gothic tone. I’m hoping the sequel offers more of what made that game good and it looks like it is!
