Kingdom Come: Deliverance Far Surpasses Kickstarter Goal

DELIVERANCE

The Kickstarter campaign for open-world medieval RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance has come to an end, and it’s safe to say that its campaign succeeded with fly colors.

When the campaign started, it was only meant to provide additional funding for the game and to prove to publishers that the game is something that people would want to play. The goal of the campaign was $500,000 and when the campaign came to an end it had raised $1,800,000.

The game is from Mafia director Dan Vávra and features medieval combat that has a similar look to the Elder Scrolls series. Check out a trailer for the game below.

Condemn OR Condone: I think this is a fantastic achievement. The fact that these guys were able to raise triple the money that they set out to make is incredible. The game looks really promising, and hopefully with all the money they have made they can make it even better.
