True to their word, Remedy Entertainment has revealed an 8-minute gameplay video featuring their upcoming third-person shooter Quantum Break. These are the people responsible for 2010’s fantastic Alan Wake, and judging from this gameplay footage it’s easy to see a lot of inspiration was taken from that game.

The major difference in Quantum Break compared to Alan Wake, however, as that time is able to be controlled. As the protagonist makes his way through waves of armed foes, he is able to stop time and move position to confuse enemies. The production values and graphics look absolutely phenomenal and is easily one of my most anticipated Xbox One exclusives for next year. Check out the footage below. Quantum Break is being developed by Remedy Entertainment for the Xbox One with an expected release sometime in 2015.
