Batman: Arkham Knight Trailer Revealed

The big announcement was leaked earlier today, but now Rocksteady has made it official by announcing that Batman: Arkham Knight is indeed being developed. To make it even more official, they have released a 4-minute trailer to get everyone pumped.

The trailer features narration from Bruce Wayne’s father as he talks of everything that he hopes his son will and won’t do, and in both cases those things have happened. His father didn’t want him to waste all of his inheritance on fast cars and gadgets, but instead use it to make Gotham safe. Well, I guess he KIND OF did that.

Batman: Arkham Knight is set to come out on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year. Check out the trailer above.

This trailer is fantastic! I love how, for most of its duration, it has a very somber tone with Thomas Wayne describing what he hopes Bruce will do in his life, and it’s actually pretty touching! Of course, we get some great action shots towards the end, and a shot of Bruce Wayne tearing butt in the Batmobile. I can’t wait to utilize the new game mechanics and see the conclusion to this great series.
