Halo News IS Coming At E3 2014

HALO2ANNIVERSARY

Although it may not be a surprise to many people, Microsoft Studios boss Phil Spencer has confirmed that big Halo news will be coming to this year’s E3.

This is what Spencer tweeted in reply to a fan on twitter: “Halo news will be coming at E3. 343i has a great plan in place, will be cool to share with everyone.”

So, the fact that an announcement is coming is no surprise, but what the announcement actually is is something else entirely. There have been conflicting rumors about a potential Halo 2 Anniversary game being in the works, though any questions about that game have been avoided. Halo 5 was also announced as in development, but many reports are now saying that that particular game will not see the light of day until some time in 2015. So what exactly is this new Halo game?

Although it’s hard to judge an announcement of news that is coming, I will be very happy when we finally learn what the heck this upcoming Halo game is going to be. I really hope that it ends up being Halo 2 Anniversary, because I love the original game and would love to experience that game’s ground-breaking multiplayer again.
