The Division Beta Has Been Delayed To Next Year

The Division was set to be getting a beta at some point this month, but after the lack of updates the prospects of that still happening weren’t looking good. Now Ubisoft has made what everyone was assuming official as they have announced that the beta will not be happening this year.

The announcement was made in a blog post where they said that it has been pushed back to early next year, though an official release date was not provided. However, Xbox One owners who pre-ordered the game will still be getting access to the alpha test that begins this week. Keys for the alpha will be sent out shortly.

The alpha for the The Division will begin at 10am CET, 4am EST, 1am PST on Wednesday, December 9. It ends at 3am EST, 12am PST/CET on Saturday, December 1. It will take up 23.2 gb of space on your console and it is pre-loadable.

Tom Clancy’s The Division Launching March 2016

I feel like we’ve been hearing about this game for ages, but we finally have a solid release date for Tom Clancy’s The Division. The game will launch on March 16th, 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

As well as finally getting the release date, we also saw some new gameplay footage as we watched live players working together to take out enemies and cinematic trailer. It seems pretty cool, though what I saw here isn’t anything that really grabs my attention too much. Check out the trailer below and see what you think.
