Persona 5 Gets A New Trailer And A New Delay

Persona 5 is one of the most anticipated games for PlayStation 4, though it just seems to keep slipping through everyone’s fingers. It was supposed to release worldwide by the end of this year, though now it’s only confirmed for a Summer 2016 release in Japan.

Sure, the news sucks, but the silver lining is that the game got a new trailer. The trailer, unsurprisingly, features some incredibly bizarre characters and situations that the Persona series packs in droves. Check out the new trailer for Persona 5 below.

It has been a long time in the making, but Atlus has finally shown off the very first bits of gameplay footage from their upcoming RPG, Persona 5. This game has been highly-anticipated for quite some time, especially coming off of the heels of the fantastic Persona 4.

Below you can check out the new trailer that shows off much more of the game than we had seen up to this point. You can tell that a lot of effort was put into making this as engaging of an experience as possible.

Persona 5 is developed and published by Atlus for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. An exact release date has yet to be revealed, but the game is expected to launch at some point this year.

‘Persona 5’ Coming To PlayStation 4, Check Out The New Trailer

The next Persona will be making its way to both PS3 and PS4.

Although it was previously announced that Persona 5 would be coming to PlayStation 3 in 2015, it was revealed at Sony’s pre-TGS press conference that the latest installment in the series will also be making its way to PlayStation 4. The game was originally scheduled to be released in Japan in the Winter of this year, but now the developer has decided to release the game everywhere at the same time next year.

Condemn O.R. Condone:

Considering the series has a tendency to stick with a particular generation of a system well after its next generation iteration is on shelves, I’m pleasantly surprised that the new entry in the series will also be coming to PlayStation 4. The Persona series’ sharp and vibrant visuals will look even better on Sony’s next-gen hardware, though no matter where you play it it’s certain to be an experience that can’t be missed.

Persona 5 Coming Out In 2015

We’ve got to wait a while

The Persona series is perhaps the most beloved RPG series going on right now, and fans have been eagerly awaiting when the long-in-the-making 5th installment would be coming out. Now, it has been revealed that a 5th installment is coming next year.

Although few details are known on an exact release date, we do know that it will release exclusively for PlayStation 3 in 2015. You can check out a brief teaser trailer below. It’s very simple, but at the same time it really catches you attention.

Condemn OR Condone: Of course i’m thrilled that another Persona game is on the way, but it sucks that it’s so long of a wait. Still, the wheels are in motion and that counts for something.
