Batman: Arkham Knight PC Is Still A Broken Mess, Full Refunds Now Being Offered

Despite many attempts to fix the broken mess of a game that is Batman: Arkham Knight on PC, the game is still broken and now Warner Bros. is offering full refunds to all of those who bought it.

The game originally launched in June of this year and though the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions worked perfectly, the PC version was… well… a complete disaster! Warner Bros. even pulled it off of store shelves while fixes for the game were being developed, but it has since been put back on store shelves and the fixes have done very little to remedy anything at all.

Here’s what they had to say regarding the state of the game:

“We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues. Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product. You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately). For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix.”

I had a hell of a time playing Arkham Knight on my PS4 and it remains one of my favorite games of the year, so it really bums me out that my PC buddies have had to go through such a negative experience with the game. Hopefully it will be fixed… eventually?
