Fallout 4 Launches This November, Begins Before Apocalypse

Bethesda had a big E3 Press conference, but the info that everyone was waiting for was Fallout 4. They confirmed that the game will be launching this year, and it all begins before the bombs fell.

As always, you can completely create and customize your character. You can play as a man, a woman, and they even have voices this time around. You can build your own houses, which contains a lot of customization all on their own. You can even craft your own weapons and armor, as well.

As for the plot, the typical post-apocalyptic scenario remains, though the difference this time is you get to witness the state of humanity before it happened. After it does happen, you awaken 200 years later as the only survivor.

Dishonored 2 Is Really Happening, Launches Next Year

Another one of those pesky E3 leaks wound up being true, as Arkane Studios has revealed that a sequel to their beloved stealth game, Dishonored, is coming next year.

In Dishonored 2 you have the option of playing as either Corvo Attano or Emily Kaldwin as you stalk the streets of Karnaca. Check out the trailer below.

Dishonored 2 will launch in Spring of 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

So… There’s Lots Of Blood And Guts In The DOOM E3 Trailer

It feels like it’s taken for ever for actual news to come out regarding the next entry in the DOOM series, with pre-orders for last year’s Wolfenstein: The New Order coming with beta access for the game. Jeez.

Finally, though, at Bethesda’s E3 press conference they dropped some welcomed nuggets of goodness regarding the game. For starters, the game will coming out in the Spring of 2016, so that’s sweet. It might not have been the Summer 2015, Fall 2015, or the Winter 2016 that some were no doubt hoping for, but we’ll take it. I guess.

However, the true stunner was the gameplay trailer that Bethesda showed. While it’s barely a minute-and-a-half long, the ground it covers in that time is pretty astonishing. We get to see all manner of blood, guts and limbs flying all over the place as we see (in first-person!) monsters getting their heads stomped to mush, bodies sawed in half and a heck of a lot more.

If you’re not squeamish, then by all means check out the E3 gameplay trailer for DOOM below!

Prior to this you were only able to download the game, which came with a hefty 40GB installation. Bethesda revealed in a blog post that they were releasing this physically due to popular demand.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood will be available on July 21st and will retail for $19.99 both physically and digitally.

Fallout 4 Might Be Officially Announced Tomorrow

Bethesda is teasing a big Fallout announcement tomorrow, as the publisher has created a teaser website.

The website, which is part of the Fallout section of the Bethesda website, is currently nothing more than a giant timer that reads, “please stand by.” The timer is counting down to 10:00 AM EST.

Considering there were previous rumors of a new Fallout game being announced at E3, the odds are that this is the long-awaited Fallout 4. Perhaps we’ll be getting some brief details with the promise of a lot more being shown at E3?

Here’s An 11-Second Teaser For The New DOOM

Well, that was brief, but there’s a lot more coming next month.

We knew back when Wolfenstein: The New Order was announced that a new DOOM game was also being developed, as if you pre-ordered The New Order you got access to an upcoming demo of the new DOOM.

Now Bethesda has gone and released about as brief of a gameplay teaser as you could possibly get for the new DOOM, showing off a horrifying monster launching missiles from its back. Yup, this is DOOM! Check out the teaser below.

While an official release date is unknown for DOOM, Bethesda promises that a lot more information will be coming at next month’s E3.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood Sheds Light On Nazi Victory Of World War II

The alternate reality of the Nazis winning WW2 was horrifying, and The Old Blood will tell us how it got to that point.

Wolfenstein: The New Order is set to receive a prequel DLC campaign called Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, which will apparently shed more light on how the Nazi’s ended up winning World War II.

Developer MachineGames said the following regarding this DLC:

“We get to explore things that were only hinted at in New Order,” said senior producer John Jennings. “We get to find out what the Nazis were up to, and reveal a little bit about how they actually got some of this advanced technology that let them win World War 2.”

They go on to say:

“It really is a prequel. The last scene of Old Blood is a couple of hours before the start of New Order in terms of the timeline, so it sets things up perfectly.”

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood launches on May 5th for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for $19.99.
