The First LawBreakers Gameplay Trailer Is Out And I Am Officially On Board

When LawBreakers was officially announced recently I admit I was a little let down. When I heard the words “multiplayer shooter” I was like, “Great, because we don’t have enough of those!” Plus, that live action teaser was pretty lame, in my opinion. However, after checking out this gameplay trailer and seeing what it has to offer, you can officially color me impressed.

What really grabbed my attention with the above trailer is the amount of variety that was shown with the handful of different classes. Characters can whip around obstacles, soar through the air and it looks like there’s a good mixture of both ranged and close-quarters combat. It looks pretty friggin’ sweet and I can’t wait to give it a shot whenever the hell it comes out.

Oh, and dibs on Cronos!

That Shovel Knight Amiibo Is REAL And Will Unlock Plenty Of New Content

We heard rumors about a Shovel Knight amiibo floating around the interwebs, but now Yacht Club Games have officially revealed that Shovel Knight is an amiibo. This makes him the first indie game character to be immortalized in amiibo form, standing alongside Mario, Link and dozens of other beloved characters.

Shovel knight Amiibo

The amiibo will unlock exclusive content for the Wii U and 3DS versions of Shovel Knight, which includes things like co-op mode in the current game. To make matters even more sick and sweet, this amiibo will also be compatible with future Shovel Knight games to unlock even more content.

It’s like a Shovel Knight wonderland, and I will be frolicking throughout it, mouth agape.

This War Of Mine Coming To PlayStation 4 & Xbox One Next Year

This War of Mine originally was only available on PC, but early next year the emotional game will be making its way to both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, it will be coming with additional content and will be called This War of Mine: The Little Ones.

The new content coming to the game will include new missions, new campaigns and new characters. Check out a snippet from the press release talking about the additional content:

“New content coming to consoles in This War of Mine: The Little Ones explores the hardships of wartime survival as seen from an entirely new perspective – that of a child. Based on This War of Mine, The Little Ones focuses on the reality of enduring war and the idea that even in war, kids are still kids – they laugh, cry, play with toys and see the world differently. In addition to thinking about survival, you’ll have to bring back the kid in yourself to understand how to protect the little ones. How far will you go to make it through another day?

Protect and take care of The Little Ones as they continue to live in the war torn landscape as only children can. Teach, educate and form emotional bonds as you fight to survive in this harsh world and prevail through this unique narrative.”

This War of Mine: The Little Ones will launch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 29th, 2015.

Platinum’s Transformers: Devastation Is Looking Great In This New Trailer

Transformers games can be pretty hit-and-miss, but when you have Platinum Games at the helm you can be pretty confident that it’s going to be a grand salami. That’s just the vibe that I got anyway when I watched this new trailer, which you can check out directly below.

Seriously… the art style, animations and actual combat all look top-notch, and that Transformers charms is still shining through loud and clear. It’s hard to judge a game based solely on gameplay videos, but things are looking very good from Platinum’s latest.

Transformers: Devastation is set to launch on October 6th, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

This New Gameplay Trailer For Dragon Quest Heroes Rocks

My hype for Dragon Quest Heroes was at a pretty low level when I first heard about the game a while ago, but that has all changed. Square Enix has released a new gameplay trailer that shows off a bunch of new characters in action and it all looks friggin’ marvelous.

Dragon Quest Heroes

First up, the voice actors seem pretty solid, with nothing immediately jumping out to my ear drums that would make them ever want to spontaneously combust.  The visuals also look fantastic, with the Dragon Quest charm shining through more than ever with super vibrant colors and beautifully-designed characters.

I’m tellin’ ya, this trailer kind of sold me on this game!

Shovel Knight Will Be Immortalized In Amiibo Form

Shovel Knight is friggin’ awesome, and if you haven’t played the game yet then you need to get your act together!

Anyways, UK retailer GAME has just revealed that Shovel Knight is getting an Amiibo that will be releasing later this year, which was revealed via a tweet that was quickly deleted. Check out the image that was grabbed before it was deleted confirming this directly below.

Shovel Knight Amiibo

This tweet confirms that the Amiibo will be compatible with the Shovel Knight game and will unlock new content for it, but is that really where this ends? A lot of hopeful Nintendo fans are hoping that this just might mean that Shovel Knight could be coming to Super Smash Bros., which definitely isn’t out of the question as Nintendo did a poll asking fans who they would want to see added to the game. You know who was on that list? SHOVEL KNIGHT!

The Street Fighter V roster just got a little bigger, as it has just been revealed that R. Mika will be joining the battle. She’s a bad-ass wrestler with a lot of… umm… talents that she puts on full display in battle.
