SHOCKING: Progress From The Rainbow Six Siege Beta Will Not Carry Over

Every time I see a developer have to point out that progress from a beta won’t carry over to the main game, I have to laugh because that is ALWAYS the case. It’s very rare that progress ever carries over from the previous beta, yet somehow people are still stunned and upset when they hear the news.

The latest developer having to confirm the obvious is Ubisoft with their upcoming game Rainbow Six Siege. Even though the beta is happening at the end of this month and the game launches just a few days afterwards, none of your progress will carry over. However, this is the case with every recent game (especially FPSs) that I can think of and it really isn’t a big deal as it just means you’ll have more to unlock when you get the game.

“Your progression, inventory and Ranked gameplay during the Open Beta will not carry over into the final game,” said Ubisoft on their official website.

The Rainbow Six Siege beta begins on November 25th and lasts until November 29th, with the full game launching on December 1st.

On the internet I am known as the one who operates everything on Condemn (OR) Condone. Some have questioned whether or not I am a wizard, but trust me, dear reader, I am but a man!
